Triple Helix of University-Industry-Government Interactions

On June 27, 2018 at the Embassy of Spain, Washington D.C., United States, EIIA President Dr. Fred Olayele and officials of the Government of the Canary Islands signed an MOU to establish a strategic framework for deepening trade, investment, innovation, and development between the Canary Islands and Africa. Among other areas, this includes exploring a wide range of economic opportunities and internationalization efforts across the triple helix of industry-academic-government interactions.
